There was a discussion on the mapping of the cemetery with Fred Boreman.  Expenses with
Kotecki – Rock of Ages as to putting in the foundations for the headstones, they no longer handle
this and thought Lafayette did.  Mr. Figgers had advised the Fiscal Officer that they do not and
would find out more from Westfield Township or Kotecki.
There was mentioned Saturday burials and coverage for that time.

Ms. Young questioned the amount of $1646.73 under the General Fund warrant #21056 to The
Ohio Dept. of job and Family Services.  Ms. Bailey explained that that was for charges paid to
Unemployment Compensation which was taken from the General Fund but should have been out
of the Police Fund since the unemployment was for Robert Duncan and Cheryl Neumeyer.  A
correction was made to remove the amount from the General Fund and place it in the Police Fund.
Ms. Young questioned the amount of $200.00 General Fund dues and Fees on March 24, 2007,
this was for interest due to Ohio Dept. of Job and Family Services from the fourth quarter, 2006.
Also questioned the amount of $4500 in Police Fund under Tax collection fees, this was for
deductions on the Semi Annual Apportionment of taxes March 30, 2007, when we receive a check
that has deductions listed those deductions have to be accounted for in order to receive in the
amount of the apportionment.

There was discussion on moving 3/10 of a mil into cemetery, need to check with the County
Auditor to see if this can be done.
