It is that time of year again when we need to think about Emergency Snow Plowing for Seniors. Here is
a link to the application for the Emergency Snow Plowing service for 2009-2010.
You will note that this year you must submit a copy of your 2008 IRS Income Tax form to verify income
for eligibility. A copy for each occupant of the household will be needed for this verification. If you wish
to drop your application off at the township offices in person, the tax forms will be sight verified and
given back to you immediately. If mailing in the information to the Administration Building, please redact
(black out) your social security number before sending in the tax form. The tax form will be mailed back
to you after verification. Completed forms are to be sent to:
