LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Special Meeting
Friday, June 20, 2008
Meeting called to order: 10:00 a.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members Present: Trustee Lee Kehoe, Trustee Donald Butler, Fiscal Officer Shirley Bailey
Mr. Kehoe stated that Ms. Bowers is not present since she has moved that she would not be involved in this particular
situation.
Mr. Kehoe stated that there was an interruption in the meeting due to a situation with the Fire Department.
Mr. Kehoe stated the purpose of this meeting: The Board of Trustees had a public hearing on this application on April
9, 2008. The minutes show that the board approved the application submitted by the applicant with changes agreed
upon at that April 9th meeting. A motion was made and passed in public hearing, when it should have been made in a
regular meeting following the public hearing. We now have an application on this map amendment which is satisfactory
to the township and the applicant. Our purpose here today is to make the formal motion to accept this amendment
application in regular meeting.
RESOLUTION 23-2008 – A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP ZONING MAP FOR PERMANENT
PARCEL NUMBERS (PER FIRST AMENDMENT TO APPLICATION FOR ZONING MAP AMENDMENT, ATTACHED) TO
LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRANSITIONAL DISTRICT. Mr. Kehoe asked if there were any questions or comments. None
were heard. Mr. Kehoe moved to approve Resolution 23-2008. Mr. Butler seconded the motion. Mr. Kehoe and Mr.
Butler voted in favor.
Mr. Butler moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Kehoe.
Meeting adjourned at 10:04 a.m.
