| This RFQ is being issued to solicit statements of interest for a professional planning consultant qualified to facilitate updating the Lafayette Township Zoning Code consistent with the goals of a newly adopted comprehensive plan. Submissions should include the scope and nature of the services the consultant would provide, the various technical approaches the consultant may take toward the project and a per-hour cost estimate. The existing Lafayette Township Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan can be viewed at www.lafayettetownship.com. Submissions (eight copies) must be received by Lafayette Township, 6776 Wedgewood Road, Medina, OH 44256 no later than October 28, 2011. A submittal of a qualification statement does not guarantee that the consultant will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to Lafayette Township of the applicant’s desire to be considered. |
