The Chair announced that the revised Preliminary Plan for Medina Country Club – North PUD Subdivision was received and that it also showed the landscape plan for the entire subdivision – both as required as conditions of the approval for this subdivision given on July 23, 2008. The Board members reviewed the revised Preliminary Plan and ascertained that the two items had been removed as requested by the BZA. Zoning Inspector Alliss Strogin reviewed with the Board members the revised plan and the landscape plan for the subdivision and everyone was satisfied that it met the requirements as the BZA had requested.
Mark Riffle made a motion to approve the revised Preliminary Plan for Medina Country Club – North PUD Subdivision and the landscape plan as shown. Dave Parker seconded the motion.
