Special Meeting for General Business

6776 Wedgewood Road, Medina, Ohio

November 12, 2009, at = 7:00 p.m.

 

Chair Andrea Kacinari called the meeting to order at 7= :00 p.m.  Roll call indicated five members of the Board of Zoning Appeals were present:  Andrea Kacinari, Lisa Takach, Dave Parker, Mark Riffle and Athena McAfee (alternate).  David Jenkins was absent. 

Also present were Val and Sandra Cotman (95 Euclid, Chippewa Lake, Ohio).

 

Minutes

Upon motion by Lisa Takach, duly seconded by Dave Park= er, the minutes of the July 2, 2009, meeting was unanimously approved and signe= d.

 

Upon motion by Mark Riffle, duly seconded by Dave Park= er, the minutes of the

October 1, 2009, meeting was unanimously approved and signed.

 

Upon motion by Lisa Takach, duly seconded by Andrea Kacinari, the minutes of the November 5, 2009, public hearing was unanimous= ly approved and signed.

 

Old Business/New Busine= ss

There was no old or new busin= ess.

 

Announcements

Unless an application is received requiring the schedu= ling of a public hearing, the next regular quarterly meeting of the Board of Zon= ing Appeals is scheduled for Thursday, January 7, 2010, at 7 p.m. at the townsh= ip hall.

 

Adjournment

Upon motion by Mark Riffle, seconded by Andrea Kacinar= i, it was unanimously approved that the meeting be adjourned.  Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
