LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Special Meeting

Wednesday, April 15, 2009

All members were present at 9:00 a.m. and Mr. Butler officially called the meeting to order at 9:29 a.m. after the arrival of Assistant County Prosecutor Bill Thorne.

Members Present: Trustee Donald Butler, Trustee Lynda Bowers, Trustee Lee Kehoe and Assistant County Prosecutor Bill Thorne.

Ms. Bowers made a motion seconded by Mr. Butler to recess into executive session for the purpose of discussing contract negotiations with the township’s legal counsel, Bill Thorne. Roll call vote: Bowers - Yes, Butler – Yes, Kehoe – Yes.

Executive Session held.

Ms. Bowers made a motion seconded by Mr. Butler to reconvene the special meeting at 10:35 a.m. Roll call vote: Bowers – Yes, Butler – Yes, Kehoe – Yes. The special meeting was reconvened. No decisions were made and Mr. Butler adjourned the special meeting at approximately 10:36 a.m.
