Meeting called to order: 9:00 a.m.

Members Present: Trustee Donald Butler, Trustee Lee Kehoe

Members Absent: Trustee Lynda Bowers, Fiscal Officer Shirley Bailey

Mr. Butler moved to approve the proposal from Peter’s Landscaping for the Spring of 2009. Mr. Kehoe seconded the motion. Mr. Butler and Mr. Kehoe voted in favor. Motion passes.
