Special Meeting

Wednesday, July 23, 2008

Meeting called to order: 5:40 p.m.

Members Present: Trustee Lee Kehoe, Trustee Lynda Bowers. Trustee Donald Butler is waiting in the conference room for the Executive Session.

Mr. Kehoe motioned to move into Executive Session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official for the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee under O.R.C. 121.22. Ms. Bowers seconded the motion.

Voting: Mr. Kehoe – yes, Ms. Bowers – yes, Mr. Butler – in conference room waiting for Executive Session to begin.

Executive Session convened at 5:42 p.m.

Executive Session and Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
