 w:st=3D"on">Illinois</st1:State></st1:place>, which will be used as refere=
nce
material.</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal>It was indicated an e-mail had been received from Tom
Russell, MCDPS, announcing the 2010 Zoning Workshop dates (January-April) a=

Webinars will be held at the MCDPS office and the Zoning Workshops will be =
held

</span>All Board members with an e-mail address should be receiving these

<h1>Zoning Inspector Report</h1>

<p class=3DMsoNormal>The zoning inspector reported there had been several
communications between Mr. Huber (Medina County Building Department) and Mr.
James (Medina County Park District) relative to the building constructed by=
 the
Park District on <st1:Street w:st=3D"on"><st1:address w:st=3D"on">Ballash R=
oad</st1:address></st1:Street>.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Although it is not mandatory for a
governmental agency to get approval from another governmental agency (count=
y,
township, etc.) it is a common courtesy for any governmental agency to go t=
hrough
the proper procedures for site plans, etc.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>=
&nbsp;
</span>It had not been done in this instance and the fire inspector review
indicated a problem, which resulted in the various communications between
departments.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
