The Lafayette Township Board of Trustees, Medina, OH gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on the 5th of October, 2023 at 7:00pm, at the Lafayette Township Safety Services Bldg., 6367 Technology Ln, Medina, OH to consider a proposed text amendment to the Township Zoning Resolution.
A summary of the proposed text amendment is as follows:
Text revisions to the Lafayette Township Zoning Code, Section 307, Innovation Park District, specifically new uses allowing multiple principal buildings on parcels, and the updating of definitions to include private road/street.
A copy of the full text proposed is on file at the Administrative Office, 6776 Wedgewood Rd., Medina, OH and is available for inspection and copying upon request. Please contact the office at 330.725.6515 for times available.
All persons have a right to appear or by representation to give testimony for or against the proposed zoning amendment.
